ECOM MARKETING MANAGER · LAXIUM, LLC
App privacy notice
Updated September 12, 2026. This notice concerns Ecom Marketing Manager, our internal advertising operations application. LAXIUM, LLC, United States, determines how the application uses and handles data. It is separate from our retail shopping services.
What the application handles
We use Meta ad-account and campaign identifiers and names, currency, time zone, delivery status, daily budget and system-user identity to check authorized advertising assets. The wider operations workflow also handles advertising performance totals, budget decisions and supporting activity records. The reporting flow reads information. A separate private operator demonstration uploads an image, creates paused campaign, ad-set and ad objects, uses an authorized Facebook Page in an ad creative, changes only its new demo ad-set budget, and copies a paused campaign shell. The public reviewer account cannot execute these changes. The demonstration also stores Page identifiers, image hashes, creative and ad identifiers, submitted creative content, and verification history.
Meta credentials are stored privately on the server and excluded from the panel’s browser responses. A privacy request supplies a contact email and affected ad-account ID. We also handle necessary access-session and operational information. Please never send us passwords, access tokens or verification codes in a privacy request.
Why we use the data and who receives it
We use this information for internal advertising monitoring, performance analysis, operational verification and responding to data requests. Access to the panel is restricted to authorized operators and designated reviewers.
The panel is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Its refresh connects directly to Meta, stores the verified result on that server, and returns the enrolled records to the authenticated browser. A panel refresh does not call an AI service or send a Discord report.
OpenAI/Codex assists with development and operational verification and has received advertising app data and diagnostics during development and review preparation. Dynalist Inc. (Obsidian Sync) synchronizes Meta-derived operational notes; the configured Europe region is Frankfurt, Germany, and Dynalist operates from Canada. Google Workspace provides our privacy-contact mailbox, support@laxium.com. Existing email rules route some messages to other company mailboxes or Gorgias, our support-service provider. Company correspondence may also be processed by our AI-assisted operations tools, including OpenAI and Anthropic services, when handling the enquiry.
The separate existing advertising manager uses Anthropic/Claude for its Meta MCP workflow and Discord for internal reports. The panel displays saved historical records from that manager. Displaying those records does not rerun the manager or transmit the direct panel response through those services. Any future expansion of this app's data flows must be reflected in this notice.
Providers may process or access information internationally. See OpenAI's privacy policy, Obsidian's privacy policy and Sync hosting information. The known hosting locations above are not a guarantee that all provider processing is confined to those countries. OpenAI's consumer policy describes U.S. and additional international processing without an exhaustive country list.
Retention
The panel settings remove the latest Graph cache after seven days, panel-created activity after 30 days, and closed privacy cases after 90 days, during startup and hourly maintenance. Open requests remain for resolution. Necessary failure-stop and suspension controls are preserved.
These panel windows do not cover the separate paid-ad safety ledger (including completed-run archives), source manager records, saved evidence and recordings, synchronized notes, AI service copies, Discord reports or backups. Those records are retained until separately reviewed and removed; there is currently no single automatic retention period covering all of them. We review affected locations when handling a verified request and document any retention exception. Deleting a panel cache does not establish that every copy has been erased.
Requests and contact
Contact support@laxium.com for questions or requests concerning the app’s data, including access, correction or deletion where applicable. We verify the requester’s authority before acting. See the data-deletion instructions for the intake procedure.
Some information may require retention for an applicable obligation or a documented operational or legal reason. Any such exception must be assessed and recorded; this notice does not promise immediate erasure of all provider or backup copies.
The application uses necessary authentication/session cookies. The panel does not add advertising or analytics cookies.

Additional privacy choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, obtain a portable copy, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We assess requests after proportionate verification and respond within the applicable legal timeframe. Where European data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests in administering authorized business advertising and maintaining secure operations, or on an applicable legal obligation, as appropriate.
The panel does not perform cross-site visitor tracking or use panel visitor information for targeted advertising. Its own behavior does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals because it has no such visitor tracking feature to switch off. This statement does not describe tracking on separate retail websites or Meta’s platforms.
Updates and security reports
Revised notices will appear here with an updated date. Additional notice or consent will be provided when required by applicable law. Report an app security concern to the company contact above without including access tokens or other credentials in your initial report.
